The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed starting right tackle Demar Dotson to a contract extension Monday.The Buccaneers have not disclosed terms of the deal, but a league source told ESPNs Adam Schefter that Dotson signed a three-year, $16.5 million extension.Dotson, 30, originally signed with the Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent in 2009 and has appeared in 76 games, including 52 starts.Throughout his time as a Buccaneer, Demar has consistently shown improvement in every facet of his game, Buccaneers general manager Jason Licht said in a statement. It is especially gratifying when you can see a player develop within your own organization and then reward him for that hard work.
